•  You will always work, directly, with Mr. Hood, who will lead your case team from start to finish.

Gary Hood Is Your Lead Trial Lawyer

Gary Hood has been practicing law since 1996. He has litigated and tried a broad variety of cases, in courtrooms across the United States.  Before entering law practice, Mr. Hood served as a United States Naval Officer aboard a warship that saw duty around the world including in the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm and in counter-narcotics operations in Central and South America.

Before founding the Hood Legal Group, Gary was a shareholder (partner) in a 900+ lawyer national AmLaw100 firm, where he served in various prominent leadership roles and as a member of the firm's board of directors.  Despite extensive success, he decided he could no longer continue supporting the traditional "big firm" approach to law.  Instead, he founded the Hood Legal Group, bringing to clients that "BigLaw" experience but in a way that leverages modern technology and a mission-driven mindset.

Over his lengthy career, Gary has honed an approach to litigating cases that draws heavily on his military background.  It constantly applies lessons learned in the trenches of courtrooms with judges and juries, to focus relentlessly on a client's objectives - and win.
